My recipes are nutritious and tasty, yet simple to prepare. They typically do not have a huge number of ingredients per recipe and are time friendly for people on the go looking for a healthy and satisfying choice.

The philosophy of my recipes is that they consist of real unprocessed food in the form of wholefoods. Wholefoods are foods that are as close to their natural form as possible including vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts and legumes. Eating a diet rich in wholefoods boosts our intake of vital nutrients, essential fats and fibre and minimises exposure to the array of unwanted extras such as sugar, salt and fat commonly found in processed foods.

My recipes are vegetarian focused, placing vegetables at the heart of the meal. Occasionally the recipes feature good quality (locally sourced when possible) animal products such as eggs and cheese as these are foods that I enjoy very much from time to time. This is food to make you feel good!
