- 2 large, ripe bananas
- 4 tbsp of nut butter (I used hazelnut)
- ½ cup (50g) almonds (roughly chopped)
- ½ cup (50g) brazil nuts (roughly chopped)
- 2 tbsp of desiccated coconut
- 2 tbsp of chia seeds
- 2 tsps of cinnamon
- ½ cup (50g) dried fruit (I used dates)
- 3 cups (200g) oats
