Did someone say chocolate for breakfast?! This recipe makes one serving but why not double it and make it for someone you love too, sure what else would you be doing with the other half of the banana.

You can buy raw cacao in health food stores. It is ridiculously good for you. It seems expensive but a little goes a long way. Treat yourself. x You can use it to make this hazelnut spread too. its dreamy.

makes one serving

  • ½ cup of oats (approx. 25g)
  • nut milk of choice
  • 1 tsp of cacao
  • ½ banana

make and do

  • - place the oats in a small sealable jar/ mini lunch box
  • - add the cacao and stir though oats
  • - pour over the milk, enough to cover the oats and put in the fridge overnight
  • - in the morning give it a good stir, add some sliced banana and enjoy

with a twist

  • - this goes nicely with sliced strawberries too
