Inspired by encouraging friends and family who are parents I have decided to focus some of my foodie creations towards children. Sure what could be so hard in getting kids to eat healthy food?!
I figured I’d be kind to myself and kick off this challenge with one of my favourite treats. Consider this as an alternative to Nutella or other chocolate spreads that, without sounding too preachy are full of refined sugar and oils.
This is gorgeous stirred into porridge, lathered onto pancakes or rice cakes. A winner for kids as it satisfies a sweet tooth.
